Connor Lawson
Connor is a Field Organizer at The Connecticut Project where he leads community canvassing, volunteer recruitment, and regional outreach efforts. Why do you do “the work?”

Too many people are left out of the political process. In a diverse democracy, we should strive to include voices that are often forgotten, disaffected, or lack the resources to advocate for themselves.

What are some specific places or things you love in Connecticut?

I grew up in Naugatuck and love the Naugatuck Valley’s natural beauty—its rolling hills, streams, and old industrial feel. Nardelli’s serves some of the best grinders in the state, and Rich Farm in Oxford is my go-to spot for ice cream.
